The founder of Seguro Construction, Todd was raised in Santa Barbara through High School. Then attended Northern Arizona University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management. Back to Santa Barbara Todd spent 10 years working for other General Contractors.

At the 10-year mark Todd felt it was time to start his own General Contracting business. Prior to this Todd embarked on an around the world surf trip. Along the way he met a lovely gal in Bali, Indonesia. Todd then extended his stay in Bali for 6 months, now happily married with Four children, a dog and a cat, they live on the family land enjoying the daily adventures of parenting and general contracting.

In the beginning Todd chose Construction to be outdoors, an action-packed business and to enjoy a tangible product. After 20+ years of building Todd enjoys the same motivations with new appreciations for organization, finding positive solutions to challenges and embracing the process instead of the end goal. It has been a great journey with more to come.
